The AB Test Platform team within Wix’s Data group. We develop the methodology, statistical tools, guidelines, and the products that help us make data-driven decisions.

A/B testing is a fundamental part of the Wix product life cycle, and as a team, we have a significant impact on high-level decisions made across the entire company. We use the most advanced technologies and practices to ensure the best outcomes and provide solutions for hundreds of AB tests each month.

You are:

A skilled Statistician with an MSc degree in statistics and 1-2 years of experience, preferably in an online industry. Your skills include statistical inference (Bayesian inference and hypothesis testing), experiment design, and regression analysis.

You also have 1+ year of experience coding in Python (preferability) or R (SQL is a bonus). 

You’re a team player who has the ability to work independently, you enjoy bridging the gaps between theory and practice and you have a passion for sharing knowledge, training, solving problems and helping others.

You’ll get bonus points for A/B testing experience or multi-armed bandits algorithms

As a Statistician, you will:

• Explain, consult, give internal training, and share knowledge on every issue regarding A/B testing or statistics
• Research best practices, updated solutions and methodologies to solve problems and implement machine learning algorithms in the A/B testing field
• Work closely with Data Engineers on the next-generation A/B testing methodology and framework for Wix, and build various statistical tools to aid in business decisions
