Dear graduate students,

I have received requests from two highschools in Jerusalem (and will offer help to more, if we have enough volunteers) seeking tutors for their students, who have to take their matriculation exams ("bagruyot") this May/June, and have no one to prepare them properly.

This is your chance to volunteer your help from the safety of your home, and make a big difference!

Specifically, we are looking for tutors in Physics, Biology, Mathematics, and English (Native english speakers - you do NOT need to know Hebrew to help!). We also have some requests for help in writing (in Hebrew)- where it's less about the content (which will be humanistic) and more about organizing the text in a reasonable way (like you do when writing a paper/grant :)

Each highschool student will receive 2hours/week of one-on-one tutoring, and of course you are welcome to teach more than one student if you have the time. The benefit to the students will be much more than academic, naturally...
