How to get to the Conference

All international flights arrive at Terminal 3 of Ben Gurion Airport.

Complete information on the airport can be found at:  http://www.iaa.gov.il/Rashat/en-US/Airports/BenGurion

Ground transportation to Jerusalem (ca. 40 km/25 miles away) is by shared or special taxi service available 24 hours a day at Level G of the Multi Level Road. Remember to ask the driver to drop you at Ramat Rachel Hotel. It is advisable to ask the driver for a receipt.

Special taxi service will cost about NIS 220 (=$51) per taxi direct to the venue at Ramat Rachel (can be shared by up to four persons) and is usually available without any wait.

The shared taxi service (Sherut) costs at present NIS 45.30 (= $10) per person and will also take you to the venue. There may be a usually short wait till the taxi fills up. The advantage/disadvantage of the shared taxi is that you will probably be subject to a tour of Jerusalem neighborhoods, you would not otherwise visit, while it drops off other passengers. Ramat Rachel is at the southern end of the city (see http://www.ramatrachel.co.il/location_access.htm), so that you will most probably be the last to be dropped off.

Further details on transportation from the airport, including train and bus services to Tel Aviv can be found at: http://www.iaa.gov.il/Rashat/en-US/Airports/BenGurion/InformationforTravelers/TransportationToandFromtheAirport/

For those reaching Jerusalem by their own means, a public bus service from the Central Bus Station, via the center of the city, runs every twelve minutes from early morning to late at night (Bus No.7) and takes 20-30 minutes to Ramat Rachel.

Those arriving by car should follow the route from Hebron Rd marked in grey on the map.
